The process of buying my new car was easy and quick. I never felt any pressure and the sales representative was patient and informative. As a first time EV buyer, I had a lot of questions and the sales rep, Javon, was able to answer all my questions and ease my anxiety in buying an EV. He took the time to explain all the features and set me up for success in my new car. I really appreciated all his help and would recommend him to anyone considering purchasing an EV.

I have bought a lot of cars from various dealerships across the country and no transactions went smoother than this. They treated me with respect, were not pushy, very professional and supportive. Not too mention they were very fair with my trade-in, which sealed the deal but also sold me their new 2025 at a very reasonable price. If your looking for a car it would definitely be worth a call or visit to see these guys. I worked with Patrick and Zach, you will not find anyone in any dealership that will treat you better.

Bought a vehicle from here may of last year. Saw a post one of the sales people posted on face book. Went in loved the vehicle bought it that day. Fast forward to today, went in there to sell the vehicle back to them. They did there appraisal on the vehicle. Come to find out the vehicle was not what I thought I bought last year. The car was listed as a Toyota 4 runner night shade edition. Today they tell me it is a r runner SR5. not what I thought I bought or was told that I was buying. They said they don't know why the salesman listed it that way a d that he was o longer working for them there was nothing they can or will do. Worst experience of my life

Always a pleasant experience here. Staff in the service department always are helpful and friendly. Tiffany always go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. She is one reason I will continue to have my service done there.

Sales and/or finance manager did not give the common courtesy to reach out and review the sales deal personally. I got a text message from the sales person. In my opinion, you treat all customers with respect and common courtesy. I will not be buying anything from Performance Chevrolet. Additionally, I will never recommend another person to buy a car/truck.

Great buying experience!! I highly recommend Performance Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase! The salesman was amazing to work with as was the finance department! We love our Chevy Equinox!!

I basically paid almost $1500 to get my car fixed. They diagnosed my car wrong. Broke down within 5 mins. Dropped my motor and did not put it back in like I was told. I feel helpless!!!!! Very disappointed and this was my family car!!! I have 5 kids how am I going to fit them in a car without third row seat. They did not try to help at all!!! But send me to sales but still wouldn't trade my car in because it wasn't working but if my car was diagnosed right I wouldn't have to go thru this after I told mike the last shop I took my car to said it was a blown gasket and I wanted a second opinion. All they said was it was no indication I had a blown gasket so they didn't check! It was no communication from Mike to the mechanic. I would of been satisfied with im sorry we can work through a deal such as if I (myself) find a motor they would put it in because basically it's the if fault for diagnosing it wrong!!!! I didnt get an apology or nothing!!!!!!!!!
