We purchased a Ford Expedition in November 2022, as spring came in 2023, the AC would not work. When I called to get the AC fixed, it took a month to get in to get it seen about and another 2 weeks in the shop. When we got it back, it was Breyer but still not what you would expect from a newer vehicle. The AC went back out in July, I called the service department and as soon as they could get me seen was September 9th. My wife has had to drive this thing back and forth to school with temps in August over 100. I will never buy another thing from these shady people. I just drove the vehicle to Oklahoma City, it crossed my mind while almost over here to leave the xxxx thing on side of the road. I’m soaked in sweat. If I can get Steve Kissee on the phone I am going to try and do that, then I’m calling Wells Fargo on Tuesday morning. I also paid 10 grand extra for an extended warranty and a service contract up for an additional 100,000 miles and it seems they don’t give any preferential treatment even when they are selling it to you they tell you if anything ever goes wrong, you never have to wait, just drive the vehicle in and they will get you right in, that was a lie. This has been the worst experience I have ever had after the purchase.

Dont stand behind their word
This dealership told my wife and I wrong title information that cost us over $1100. A person's word used to mean something. I dont want to buy a $30k vehicle when they dont stand behind their $1100.

Just the right one!
We came in for service on our daughter’s car. Since we were thinking about replacing our Flex we took a stroll through the lot. We now own a new Edge. Negotiations were not stress filled. All personnel were kind, efficient, and helpful. We are not new to this dealership. We have purchased the majority of our vehicles here and will continue to do so! Thanks so much to Marvin, Lyle, David, and Steve.

Poor service after the sale
I have bought several new cars. I have never seen such poor service after the sale then at Jack Kissee Ford. They leave you feeling that they could care less!

Good buying experience.
They had the vehicle I was looking for and were able to meet my offered price without any high pressure negotiations. The online sales representative knew what I was looking for and let me know they would do their best to meet my requirements. It was definitely worth the 50 mile drive to Claremore.

Well worth the short trip from Tulsa to Claremore!
I have purchased three vehicles in the last two years, and have had several buying experiences in the last 30 years. This was my first time visiting and buying from Kissee, and by far has been my best experience to date. They are a great little dealership with very competitive pricing. Mike and David were great, answered every question I had, and provided an all around comfortable experience. I had been searching weeks for the "just right" F150, and I wasn't going to settle for anything less than what I wanted. Every truck I found in Tulsa and Owasso would be sold before I could even get a test drive. I finally struck gold in Claremore! I saw the perfect truck on the internet for sale at Kissee. Glad I made the short trek from Tulsa, it was well worth it. The truck was perfect, and had ALL the options I wanted. I decided to make a deal right then and there. The pricing was right, and financing was quick and easy. David was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I noticed from other folks on the staff, even those that I wasn't dealing directly with, are customer focused. They would let me know what was going on as things were moving and shaking behind the scenes so I never felt "abandoned". I scheduled to take the truck home the next morning. They had it washed and with a full fuel tank when I picked it up. Going forward, every time I'm shopping for a vehicle, I will be checking with Kissee first. They have a new customer for life! If you visit them, ask for Mike, he'll take care of you.
