Hall ford Service
Service dept moved, not customer friendly (intake/ seating); I brought the car in at 1230 for alignment and inspection..it was not ready until 530 (took more than 30 minutes to install a license plate light bulb to pass the inspection. I offered to help...that seemed to move things along.). Not impressed...there are other places to get service.

I am very sorry to hear that your visit with us did not go as expected. We strive to make sure every customer is happy when they leave our dealership, and I apologize that we failed on your visit. I needed a North Carolina state inspection as well as oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor was John and he was extremely polite and professional

Professional, helpful and very knowledgeable
Went in mostly certain what I wanted, but really not feeling I?d be able to buy as had negative equity in my potential trade...explained this to KJ and John Sig what I thought the issue might be...John showed me the `18 Taurus SE I liked and wanted , started getting my info and he went to work. Took about an hour to get everything ready to submit and then had (to my surprise) several offers from different institutions. The financial info and warranty info was explained very clearly by Dustin, and the car was immaculate when the detailing crew got done, plus a full tank. If you want a Ford, or something used that they might have, go see these guys if you want a good deal and don?t wanna be pressured to buy.

As always Hall Ford went above and beyond to meet my needs. I had paint splattered on the side of my car. Amy took me right in and had the body shop looking at my car. They came up with a plan and had my car back in the shop. Amy also notice it was time for an oil change as well. She called to check to make sure it was ok to change my oil. She handled the paint splatter and oil change all in one day! She didn't miss a beat! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else! I love the service and professional care I receive from the service department at Hall Ford.
