8 hours for a service. entirely to long. I had to continually contact the service dept. for a finish time. the service dept. was short handed and swamped with customers.

Took my car in for a CarMax warranty... no problem. I couldn't take time off work to go to CarMax in Fresno for repairs. They were fantastic! Car was repaired before the day ended. Saved me a lot of money on a rental car I thought I was going to have to get.

Took a well worth drive to Visalia GMC. Had the pleasure of working with Fernando Gonzalez (no relation) The dealership was beautiful and the deal I received was well worth the 2 hour drive. We set up an appointment and he did not disappoint. I would highly recommend Visalia Buick GMC.

Absolutely fabulous. Both Mr. Appleby and Ken were great. Helped me with purchasing matts for my daughter's car and careful to keep secret from her. Now that's family. Thank you

Bank denied loan because the amount was more than what the car was worth! Unbelievable. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Great service. Not! I don't see any positive reviews on here. I wonder why.

amount a bank will loan to a consumer is based on the banks internal ratings of the customer credit and not solely the value of the vehilce being purchased. Many bank have different requirements and guidlines, that is what allows dealers to find a bank that fits the customers needs just as we did on this transaction.
