They were extremely polite and cooperative. Very willing to explain everything to us. The salesman Gavin couldn't have been any nicer, even helped me hook up my phone to the truck. Kudos to him and the dealership.

Simple oil change turned out to be 3 1/2 hours of fixing what they messed up. I felt like they believed it was already messed up when I brought it in. It was obviously their mess up which cost me another hour because they went to lunch so i had to waite until they returned. So what did i get for my wasted time? Nothing.! I will have to do some heavy thinking before i go back for anymore service.

The entire staff from sales to service are polite and courteous. They make you feel welcome.

Everything was great except for the price. I have never had my truck serviced anywhere but Champion. But, $100.00 oil changes are about to get out of reach.!

Always get you in and out as quick as possible. Especially quick this time around.

Had some extended warranty work done and they had to do some leg work with the warranty company. Got it worked out and service was done. No issues!!

The people at the Service Dept. are always very friendly and on top of things. I always need a ride back to work and the guys are all great and good to talk with!!! A great group of people!!!
