They were extremely polite and cooperative.

They were extremely polite and cooperative. Very willing to explain everything to us. The salesman Gavin couldn't have been any nicer, even helped me hook up my phone to the truck. Kudos to him and the dealership.

Simple oil change turned out to be 3 1/2 hours of fixing

Simple oil change turned out to be 3 1/2 hours of fixing what they messed up. I felt like they believed it was already messed up when I brought it in. It was obviously their mess up which cost me another hour because they went to lunch so i had to waite until they returned. So what did i get for my wasted time? Nothing.! I will have to do some heavy thinking before i go back for anymore service.

Everything was great except for the price.

Everything was great except for the price. I have never had my truck serviced anywhere but Champion. But, $100.00 oil changes are about to get out of reach.!

The people at the Service Dept.

The people at the Service Dept. are always very friendly and on top of things. I always need a ride back to work and the guys are all great and good to talk with!!! A great group of people!!!
