Gallatin Fords mobile service is awesome! I’ve used this service 3 times and when scheduling have never waited more than one day. Each technician has been professional, friendly and services are completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Gallatin Fords mobile service option.

I was set me up with a fair price, but that’s the extent
I was set me up with a fair price, but that’s the extent of it. (Thus the one star) As a customer service person Adam was very unprofessional and made up information like the car had brand new seats installed at no cost. (The seats were not changed) He also told me heated seats were half way done, but when I went on site to follow up they couldn’t get to it for another week. He was very disrespectful when I asked questions, as if it was not appropriate for me to do so. I will not work with him again. Chase on the other hand was very respectful and provided accurate updates. If you go to Gallatin Ford, ask for Chase!

They picked up my truck for service, called quickly to
They picked up my truck for service, called quickly to tell me how much it would be then disappeared. No calls, no call backs, no information. When I finally went to the dealership a week later I was told the part had been lost by FedEx and it would take more time. The service manager gave me a loaner to make up for the poor service - which was very nice. Then silence again. When I called again after another week, I was told an amount that didnt jibe with my memory of what I had approved and was told I just didnt remember correctly. The next day they dropped off my car and picked up the loaner and gave me the bill The reason the number was different? They charged me for the 'loaner' as a rental! I complained and was told it would be fixed, but it wasn't. I finally disputed the charge to my credit card company and had the non-approved charge removed. Would NOT go back nor recommend.
