Tech do poor work they don't complete the work had two new batteries installed in my truck techs didn't clean batteries cables or hold downs .That's is part of service and the cost of $200 for installation. Had a new battery installed in my 2016 Lincoln mkx tech didn't reprogram the up date right and the phone wouldn't store the recent calls and the interior lights stop working. Took the car back to have it reprogram kelk it all day and deck said it needed a new computer module of about $2000 talked to service manager about it and when I pick up the car the phone didn't work at so the service manger reprogram the phone then everything worked he also fixed the interior lights so I had a bad experience with the dealer ship I do want to say Stephanie was great maybe she needs to be a tech and yall would get a better rating I would also like to come in and meet the dealership manger thanks

Gallatin Ford was an experience. I had Christopher as a salesman. He was so awesome so patient he knew exactly what I wanted. He listened. He made sure that I had everything that I was looking for.. I have to say I’m very very impressed with Christopher. He was amazing. Honesty was the most important thing to me going into a dealer and he bought that he was 100% honest all the way through the door or shall I say out the door with my new car…. lol I can’t remember the guys name that worked in my deal but I tell you what that young man worked so hard for my happiness yesterday. He asked me what I truly wanted and what was my reality. He made a better deal than what was offered in my situation. I loved his honesty with me. I walked walk out that door yesterday with that car he was so awesome. I just cannot say enough about the team that worked with me yesterday Im enjoying my new car. I love the honesty. It’s very important to me the upfront and just listening to what my needs are I appreciate that. Again I can’t say enough about Christopher did an awesome job. I have to say another very important part that I think it’s important for someone that’s looking for a car. When a salesman actually listens to you and not speak over you and not through you. That’s what I got with Christopher yesterday from our small talks on the phone and from the time, he shook my hand upon entering the building I promise you he did not let my hand go until he was putting the keys of my new car in my hand.
