Very respectful service

We came in not expecting much but we were very suprised that nathan was able to help us get into new flex at a reasonable price that we could be comfortable with in the long run also my wife and I appreciate that stevens ford and Nathan Gray werent pushy or overly agressive in selling us the vehicle and for understanding how we felt about our personal finaces and for being very patient with us during the whole process. I would recommend steven's ford to my family and friends and I would send them to Nathan Gray

Great job

Did not have to wait to get in. Did not take them long at all to change oil and made me aware that I need to start looking for new tires.

2010 Ford F150

I purchased a 2010 Ford F150 pickup. My salesman, Mike was very considerate and helpful, the only thing I didn't get that I really wanted was remote start. Other than that the staff was kind and considerate.

service suggestions

It would be helpful for people who come in from out of town for service if they could schedule an appointment for service instead of having to figure on spending time waiting since it's first come first served.

Great service, everyone very pleasant.

We had a very good experience buying a brand new Edge. We have purchased several vehicles from Stevens Ford and we are always satisfied. Devin did a great job, very knowledgable and we had good conversation. Jeff did excellent in keeping our payment low and explained everything in detail. I am very pleased with my 2014 Ford Edge!

Thank yuo so much Stevens Ford, and Especially John Underwood for working with me to replace my car, after it was totalled in an accident a little over a month after I bought it. Somehow you got me back in the same make and model I had originally bought, with a slightly lower monthly payment. Same color and all. I really appreciate John adjusting his approach to suit my personality. Buying a car is always stressful. But, My experience with Stevens Ford was the best experience I've ever had when buying a car.
