We had been shopoing for a new F250 with the options we wanted, with several local ford dealers(One that we have purchased our last 4 vehicles from) and basically were being sold what yhey had that was "close" or "comparable" to what we were looking for in the price range we picked. Murray was the only dealer that had exactly what we were looking for, but not in our budget, but they worked with us until we both agreed it was a great deal. Our sales person Christy Rhoden was awesome!!!

Going into the dealership my husband and I weren’t even positive about buying a car yet, we had only planned on dipping our toes in the water and seeing what they had to offer in the “used cars” section. Our salesman Jim listened to every word We had to say and found a car in our budget that me and my husband never thought we would have. He found us a 2018 pearl white Ford Escape titanium that me and my husband absolutely fell in love with! It was quick paper work & the dealership/ Jim gave us a good trade in price for my older car to put towards the Escape. Jim L never pushed or tried to “sell” the idea of buying a car that same day, he just simply listened to our needs & wants! We plan on going through them again when we get my husband a newer truck! Highly recommend Jim L ! :)

So to update my previous review, my F150 had more issues today. My husband and I were headed to a MRI appt. when my husband noticed smoke boiling from the back/underneath of truck. We pulled over and my husband (who was going for a MRI on his back) had to crawl under the truck to see that fluid (likely transmission fluid) has spray all over the road and underneath my truck. The truck had been "hard shifting" since the last appointment with this dealership, but they insisted "we cannot replicate the sound or feel you say it is making." Obviously there is STILL an issue with my transmission! The truck has 14K+ miles and this will be the 5th time I have taken it to this dealership for an issue with "clunking". Did I mention I am making a payment on this lemon every month? Enough is enough!!!

Quick service low wait time with a very friendly staff,always a great experience at Murray Ford.I drive from Jacksonville to Starke because Murray Ford is a great place to do business
