Worthwhile
Going into the dealership my husband and I weren’t even positive about buying a car yet, we had only planned on dipping our toes in the water and seeing what they had to offer in the “used cars” section. Our salesman Jim listened to every word We had to say and found a car in our budget that me and my husband never thought we would have. He found us a 2018 pearl white Ford Escape titanium that me and my husband absolutely fell in love with! It was quick paper work & the dealership/ Jim gave us a good trade in price for my older car to put towards the Escape. Jim L never pushed or tried to “sell” the idea of buying a car that same day, he just simply listened to our needs & wants! We plan on going through them again when we get my husband a newer truck! Highly recommend Jim L ! :)

Bad service
I've been getting the works package (oil change/tire rotation) at starke murray ford since I've purchased my car in 2016, they told me when I went to get it done again that my lug nuts were messed up and they couldn't rotate my tires, it was explained to the manager Mike Catman that they are the only ones that touch my car and he stated nothing can be done and quoted me 134$ to fix their mistake.

Amazing Car Buying Experience!
Brian was our salesman and he was by far the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with! He made our car buying experience very easy and didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want. He was very informative with everything we did and made sure we understand everything we were getting into. Quick lube was not quick.
Front area is great. Routine oil chg. Service not as good. Quick lube is anything but quick. Not nearly as friendly as the front staff.

Tom was excellent to work with in the service department. His follow-up and friendly help was great. Carol Still is a great asset to Murray Ford. Love the community involvement Murray does.
