DO NOT BUY FROM FRIENDSHIP WHOLESALE

This is for Friendship Wholesale in Bristol, where Friendship Ford dumps their trade-ins. If there was a way to have no stars and still be able to post a review I would be doing that!!! I bought a car from their wholesale center May 31. During the test drive I noticed it was making a sound in the front when I turned left and I mentioned it to the salesman...and he played dumb like he didn't notice it when he was driving the car (of course). However he did say he'd run it down to their mechanic and have them look at it. He came back and told me it was either the alignment or a CV joint but it would be an easy fix and they would allow $300 for it. Being the trusting soul that I am I believed him and paid cash for the car and brought it home. I only drove it two days before the noise got worse, and it with has been with my mechanic the rest of the time! I'm getting ready to have to do a major repair in it after driving it only two days!!! How this car ever passed their pre-sale inspection is beyond my comprehension. On top of it all, the differential fluid in it is full and new so somewhere along the way someone knew there were issues and they topped it off so it could sell. I am so angry and upset, and emptied my savings to buy this car so I cannot even afford to fix it without using a credit card. It was not a cheap piece of crap it was almost $7000! I guess that makes it a expensive piece of crap...?? I'm disappointed and disgusted that I was taking advantage of. A call to the manager of the dealership only resulted in an "I'm sorry" and "we would have never topped the fluid off and put it on the lot". Right. I wasn't born yesterday. Run don't walk as far AWAY from any of these dealerships!! I don't care what they tell you or anyone else tells you, the bottom line is they want to sell somebody something and they will tell you whatever you want to hear so that you will buy a car. Tomorrow I will be paying for my local Subaru dealership to put new AWD clutches in my center differential to the tune of $1100, on a car I JUST BOUGHT. The service employee doing the work stated that there was NO WAY that the Friendship Wholesale didn't know about this. I am so disappointed.

Good trustworthy service provider

Great service they keep you on schedule if they give you a time of completion of repairs they keep it

Amazing customer service

We are from Arizona and Service squeezed us in the same day. Called in at 10 and had a 3pm appointment.We were back on the road in 2 hrs. Treated very well

Great!

Jay Gaylor was very helpful and patient with us! He showed us all the features on the Ford Escape. I would definitely recommend Friendship Ford, they were easy to work with.

Oil change

Great service. They need to pay attention and do better clean up when servicing vehicles. Had oil on center console from techs arm. And oil dripping from truck frame where the oil had splashed on to it.

2018 F-250 Purchase

The buying process was nice and fast. Truck was priced below market value. April R was very helpful and nice. Wonderful sales person. I would recommend using them.

60 000 mile service.

Very honest and friendly people to work with. Always come here for service. I will come here to buy my next Truck. I would consider David Minor a Friend not just a salesman, I have purchased three f150 trucks from him and I will purchase my fourth one from him.
