Our experience at Ben Davis was excellent. We drove down from mid Michigan to look at a vehicle we had seen on the web site. Steve Munger was our salesman and he texted us pictures of the vehicle so we would be able to see the condition as it was a used vehicle. He and Rachel went above and beyond in getting our transaction taken care of because we had brought the wrong check book with us. We are very satisfied with our almost new Ford.

Jill was very helpful and nice to work with. Spent a couple days with her. She showed us both around Ben Davis. I will long remember the experience.

As I said this was my first experience in buying a brand new vehicle. Dealt with Jerry Shroads. He was very accommodating and understanding of my situation, very informative about the cars we wanted to test drive, answered our questions, and after some negotiating, a transaction was made. Our dealings with Rachel went well. She was very pleasant and explained everything. Was also greeted by Jesse before we left. The whole team effort, I felt, was very comfortable.

Talked to Tim Warble over a period of a few weeks about a used RV in stock. After numerous emails we agreed in principle on the purchase. A friend and myself drove out from New Jersey to purchase the 2004 Tiffin MH. We met Mark Lendman, the Service manager and he could not have been more helpful. Mark directed us to Tim, and Tim spent the next 6 hours walking us thru and showing us the operation of the coach. There was a few issues that came up and without hesitation, Tim took care of everything we had concerns with. Being from the East Coast, we were not ready for the care and concern of everyone we met at Ben Davis RV. Everyone was cheerful and helpful, greeting us every time they saw us. Overall the experience was the best I can remember in my 64 years. I will definitely recommend Ben Davis RV and Tm Warble in RV sales. Mark Lendman in Parts and service was extremely knowledgeable, showing us the abilities of the parts department. When I am ready for another RV, Ben Davis RV and Tim warble will be my first choice.

Greeted right away inside the door and found the right car. Service was fantastic getting me out the door in a short period of time.
