Accomodating

The purchase of a new vehicle at Ben Davis Chevrolet was the most accommodating experience at a new car dealership I have had anywhere. Kevin Whitacre was very friendly and pleasant to work with and he made every effort to help me choose the perfect vehicle for my needs. Joshua Allen is also very knowledgeable in his area of expertise and was personable and accommodating as well.

New Car Trade

I was very pleased dealing with Jerry Shroads and Joshua Allen in acquiring my new Buick. I felt that I got a great price on the Buick I purchased and the Cruze I traded in.

Pleasant experience

Being only eighteen years old, i wasn't expecting the best experience because i was always told not to with dealerships. I was wrong however, I didn't have a single issue with my whole experience. I had my parents with me the whole way but Nick Walker made me feel comfortable enough to buy a car without them. My first experience with a car dealership and I plan to be a returning customer in the future.

Sold the wrong car

I was told the car I was buying was a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z51 Stingray. It was not a Z51. I traded in my 2012 to get a Z51 and found out 4 months later it was not. There is no easy way to tell if a newer corvette is a Z51 so I took the dealers word for it. When I contacted them about their mistake I was ignored. I was even willing to negotiate but 4 months after the fact and the cars value dropped 19K. They obviously did not want to take blame and in other words I was out of Luck.

Great experience!

This is my fifth straight purchase of a vehicle from Ben Davis. Each one has been an enjoyable experience. I appreciate the honesty and ease of purchasing, which is always extended to me. Jerry Shroads is always very helpful in presenting cars I may be interested in and making that decision. Can't see myself ever going anywhere else!

Easy Purchase

As always Larry made the buying experience easy and hassle free. The complete process took less than 24 hours to complete. Everything was taken care of for me with no issues and no trying to over sell items not wanted.

Very helpful and hooking me up a great car

I have been looking around for a dependable car. Other dealerships didn't call me back or wasn't able to help me due to my fair credit score. Also they wouldn't let me just trade in my car only. I had to put at least 1,000 down and trade in my car. I gave up. But I was just getting service done on my money pit car that had some many problems there. My boyfriend and I were just looking around. We were able to drive off the lot with a nice car. Being able to just trade in my car and no down payment. And he was very quick on checking my credit score and finding the best car choice. Instead of getting another money pit car.

I am so happy with the experience! Jill Harris was amazing! The finance department was more than understanding and helped me, this meant a lot to me because I don't have the best credit. I am literally in my dream truck! I drove here from out of town 3+ hours and I don't regret one minute of driving there and back. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a car. I have told about 20 people about Ben Davis Chevrolet.

First Dependable Car!

I decided to go to Ben Davis and look into buying myself a vehicle because I had heard good things about them and I personally knew one of the salesman. I did not have high hopes about any auto dealer accepting my credit score and getting me into a new dependable vehicle. Eric Hulen assured me if anyone can get me a good deal with great financing, Ben Davis would be the place. The entire process took a little less than 3 hours and I was smiling driving my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu! **(I even got all kinds of great perks on the warranty)** Now that I know how painless the process was for me, I would recommend Ben Davis to anyone who is looking to purchase a new/used vehicle!
