Bought the car over the phone from out of state. Had the wheels swapped out, PPF and ceramic coating by dealer before I picked it up to drive it back to my state. It was a surprise birthday present for my wife and she thought we just flew into town to visit friends and pick up a rental at the dealership. The salesman kept up the ruse until I told my wife here is your new car. It was a great surprise and experience.

When we bought our first two Porsches in 2015, our sales person was Jun Quinto. Jun has since moved on to Porsche Monterey. We were so impressed with the way Jun treated us that when the time came for us to buy a new 2026 Porsche Macan GTS, we found Jun at Porsche Monterey and ordered the car through him. Once again, Jun's customer service was "meritoriously outstanding", as well as our dealings with Salena, Heather, and Joselyn. If there were a category "walk on water" we would select it.
