I have been working with Scott for several years on different vehicles. Service has always been very good. Duke needs to run more specials in oil changes.

I really enjoy doing business with Duke automotive. All of the staff is friendly. I have always done service and bought cars from them. I will always do business with them.

My late husband and I have been dealing with Scott ever since we moved to Suffolk 15 years ago. He is a gem of an asset to Duke's service team. Scott has always been very accommodating, fair and honest about what is needed for our vehicles and always makes us feel truly welcome and appreciated! Came in on a Saturday, found used car I was looking for. Process went pretty smooth. Dealership kept apologizing for being short handed on a Saturday so process took a bit longer and I am not a patient person. Mr. Richard Strong was very good to deal with, was able to answer most of my questions or find out the answers from other employees. Financing was right on money at rate I was looking for. Overall experience was good and I definitely would recommend Duke Automotive to others and I plan to return for my next auto purchase.

First off I want to say WOW!!! If you look for a family oriented dealer that pays attention to what the customer wants then you should go see the friendly staff of Duke Automotive in Suffolk, VA. From the moment we started corresponding via email with Christy Brinkley we fell in love with this dealer. Christy answered every question we had and was very prompt when responding to emails. She is awesome. There wasn't a dealer within 500 miles that could beat the customer service or price Duke quoted us on our new 2013 ATS. Richard Strong, Bruce Blythe, Jerry Butler, and Eley Duke were very easy to work with and they made the ordering, sales, updates, and delivery of our vehicle a breeze. We highly recommend Duke to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They actually made the car buying experience FUN!!! We already have plans to get a new vehicle and we will definitely buy from them again.

This was our BEST car buying experience in over 25 years!!! Our salesman Thomas Judkins was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The finance manager, Don Kelly was very clear and concise. Every step of the process was very smooth and timely.

I work 31 miles from my home in Suffolk so having a car malfunction is extremely serious. When my car almost broke down at the intersection of Holland Rd and S. Independence in VB I was scared. I know Duke's phone number by heart and requested Scott Higbie because I trust his judgement and feel secure in the fact he will help me. He immediately supplied me with the number of a Suffolk towing company and requested I call him back as to the tow truck response. He arranged to have a car available for me to drive to work the next morning, and informed me of the determined situation and pricing for my Impala. Confidence in the service I receive makes me a return customer.

This is the first time I have sent a review in about a purchase. But after recently buying a new family vehicle at Duke Automotive, I can only hope my experience will encourage another family to visit Duke. We have now owned our GMC Acadia for a few weeks and absolutely love everything about it! Sara helped us with our trade-in and purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at but without pressuring us in the least bit! The financing process was very quick and easy and made the purchase an easy decision.
