The only issue I had was with your employee name Will.
The only issue I had was with your employee name Will. He has no customer service skills at all. If I ever come back to your dealership I will never deal with him. He showed that he doesn’t like BLACK PEOPLE. If a BLACK PERSON pays your dealership $2,500.00, at least he can say THANK YOU.

A huge red flag is that there is a 3% fee to use a credit
A huge red flag is that there is a 3% fee to use a credit card. I do not believe it cost 3% to process credit card.

Tyrone was super helpful.
Tyrone was super helpful. Dealership didn't have the exact truck I wanted but he located the perfect fit and had it delivered there. It took a little while but all together Tyrone was great.

Had an awesome experience. Vehicle needed some odds and ends taken care of before delivery and the service department as well as my salesman were expeditious in the correction of these issues to deliver my vehicle in peak shape. They even ensured we had a vehicle large enough to support my family in the duration.
