The price to fix my transmission was double offered by

The price to fix my transmission was double offered by another shop. We were willing to do a trade in but your sales manager didn’t respond to me or my wife. We took the vehicle to Beach Ford (traded it in) for a brand new Ford Bronco. Terrible follow through by your sales team.

My sales persone, financier, and sales mgr. we're great. Your KIA service techs,and service mgr. Were horable. No customer service at all. I will never buy a KIA again. The sales staff were great to work with and all went out of their way to help. Thank you Cornelius.

I recently bought a car from this dealership, and

I recently bought a car from this dealership, and unfortunately, after reviewing the paperwork at home, I noticed a big discrepancy between the advertised offer and the final price. The dealership only applied part of the discount that was clearly shown on their website. Additionally, they added extra charges that were never discussed during the sales process. This lack of transparency and failure to honor their advertised prices was disappointing. I would advise anyone considering a purchase here to carefully review everything before finalizing the deal.
