Had to take my Ram back to them several times to fix the

Had to take my Ram back to them several times to fix the same issue. They tried to short me $10k on my trade in, just because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong initially. Come to find out it was only a $500 fixed that they charged a portion to my extended warranty again. I repeated asked to speak with a manger to discuss my concerns and the only one I was able to have a face to face conversation with was the sales manager. The general manager NEVER fulfilled my request to speak to him after I was told plenty of times that he was asked to. Very disappointed at the services I received at this particular dealership. Thanks to two ladies that did their best to ease my frustration.

A huge red flag is that there is a 3% fee to use a credit

A huge red flag is that there is a 3% fee to use a credit card. I do not believe it cost 3% to process credit card.

The purchase experience was smooth, Kevin was thorough

The purchase experience was smooth, Kevin was thorough with each step. He was very knowledgeable about my jeep and the functions. I was informed of various commodities, such as low jack, monthly maintenance updates, car play and more. Even after I drove off the lot, he continues to check on the satisfaction of the vehicle.
