I paid cash for 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo I...

I paid cash for 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo I explained to them I was disabled they explained it will be safe and go to a 99.5 tree inspection which is required by law and they also said it would go to a Virginia state inspection when I got back to the service department without me knowing they cancel the 9 9 point safety inspection I admit I had an unsafe vehicle broke down in the graveyard they refuse to fix my vehicle they didn't know kind of safety inspections in the news in Virginia state inspection these are required by law they would not when I went there to the dealership they would run from me and pass thhe buck They promised a safe car and when i picked up my jeep i realized that my key fob didnt work and jerome the manage Ment said to bring it back on monday and he will make sure i get a working key fob. I also asked why my Jeep had not been detailed like he said that's why they were keeping it an extra week to detail it and shine it up for me I asked why wasn't it detailed he should also bring it back on Monday and we will detail it for you and give you a loaner car but I did in fact do that I walked in the door he said go to service I went to service service had no idea why I was there so with this all being said I had a flat spare tire at Know Jack my windshield wipers are falling apart I had a flat tire within the first 2 days and I am disabled when I went someone help me change his tire the tire spare tire was flat and there was no Jack and I went to have my oil check at AutoZone AutoZone make me call the dealership because there was no oil in my vehicle they did know if you need a state inspection claim they did they didn't know 99.60 inspection I explained to him that I was disabled and he's safe car they canceled the safety inspection as soon as I left I'm not fighting them to get not necessary things done

When I bought my used Nissan Rogue, Tyrone Houston...

When I bought my used Nissan Rogue, Tyrone Houston delivered it to my house. He picked it up the next week, had a headlight lens buffed, a tire replaced and the car detailed, and brought it back to my house. That saved me a lot of time. His service was great.

Bought my 2021 Ram 1500 Built to serve addition on...

Bought my 2021 Ram 1500 Built to serve addition on 4/14/21. This is my 3rd vehicle in 3 years that I have purchased at a Southern Dealership. Upon driving home, I noticed that my windshield "Whistles" when I drive over 55 mph. Immediately notified Southern about my issue. Since Southern does not work on windshields, they passed me onto their "window guy". He finally came out after 6 weeks. Now, over 2 months later, windshield still whistles, cannot get a return call from their service department, or either of the GM's. Clearly frustrated and disatisified with Southerns customer service.

Shop Southern/Greenbriar Auto Group A

We are out-of-state buyers and made the trip to meet with them. We started with an internet search and found Southern/Greenbriar had the best pricing. Their internet team was quick to answer questions and super helpful. When we began to move onto the actual trade-in and purchase we were connected to a salesperson. Tyrone was fantastic and super helpful. We never felt pushed or rushed into any decision. They are extremely fair in their negotiations and pricing.
