Write a reviewMy 2014 Ford Escape had its transmission go out as I was traveling through Benton, KY. I called multiple places for help and mostly got ignored. Only the folks at Benton Ford listened and tried to help. They first offered to sell me a new vehicle (of course) but I choose to have the transmission fixed instead. It was expensive but I felt like they worked with me and were fair. They made special arrangements to accommodate the fact that I had to travel back just to pick up my Escape. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work, communication and customer service! Thanks!

shopping for new truck. several quotes. offered this salesman lowball price, and instead of saying "I don't think that is possible" or "I cant possibly go that low, but lets see what we can do." he said "WHERE DID YOU COME UP WITH THAT NUMBER. THAT IS NOT SOMETHING I CAN WORK WITH." the very next day we bought a vehicle from another dealership. higher priced, but they definitely knew the art of bargaining and we came to a middle of the road figure.
