Not really excited about preordering and waiting, then
Not really excited about preordering and waiting, then adding the potential Trump Tariffs., Made the expirences a little crazy. The staff was great in communicating, not too much chit chat, they were respectful , no pressure or big push to upgrade. I felt as a women that I was not talked down to and given good information. This was not the case of another dealership, and why I chose to do business with NorthBay Ford. It may not be fancy, but I will take that any day and feel like I am in good hands with people who have integrity.

I called to make an appointment to fix a door lock issue
I called to make an appointment to fix a door lock issue that Watsonville Ford could not fix. Ford Customer Care told me to take it to another dealership. I called and thoroughly explained the situation, gave them the case number and made an appointment. I just took my Ford Maverick in this morning for that appointment and they refused to look at it. They will not look at a vehicle that another dealer has worked on. I was very thorough when I called and explained everything, but they failed to inform me when I called that they will not work on it. As a matter of fact, the service person I called said "Yes, we can fix that!" This was not true. This was a waste of time. If this is a policy, then I should have been told when I called since I was so thorough when explaining everything.
