I have two cameras that are in my car and after receiving

I have two cameras that are in my car and after receiving my car back, I reviewed the camera footage and saw that someone was in my car two days later after already being there rummaging through my stuff the only that after my car was detailed the camera that I had in my car covered up was moved so you couldn?t see outside of the camera Also, my car was taking out on a ride ripping my engine up for no reason as they call a shake up, but the only thing I had done in my vehicle was having the bumper the back painted. I sent an email to the body shop manager, who then forwarded the email to the manager of the whole facility where the person in question that had a screenshot of who messed with my cameras was talked to in my presence. I will never go back there again.

Never a time that the Service Department has not been

Never a time that the Service Department has not been excellent! Will is your greatest asset! Purchasing a car was a smooth process. (Just do not use the body shop!)

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HALEY BUICK GMC!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HALEY BUICK GMC! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I recently leased a vehicle (2017 Buick Encore) from GMC Haley Buick off Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond,VA. I leased this car on 11/28/23 and since then, I have had continuous issues with only band-aid fixes and bad general customer service. Incident #1 My car stopped working 4 days after leasing it. 4 days! I took my car to the dealership on December 2nd and after 3 days stated that it was simply a dead cell in the battery and replaced the battery. It took 3 days and I was without a car and a loaner was apparently not available. The whole ordeal was awful. I feel like they gave me the run around and sent me to the airport on a wild goose chase to get a rental that didn't even work out because the manager was not there with the company's financial information to assist. They eventually replaced the battery and everything "seemed" to be in working order. Incident #2 On March 11th I took the car back to the dealership because the battery was dead again and the fan on the car would not shut off, even while the car was off. Come to find out, this was draining the battery. The customer service I received was awful. I was 3 days without a car, again no loaner was available to me. Nobody would give me updates. I had to call non-stop just to find out what was going on. It came back that apparently that the thermostat housing needed repairing. They "repaired" it and said it was ready 3 days later. Incident #3 On 5/7/24, I had to have my car towed to the dealership. That's right towed, as in the car was undrivable and inoperable. The car had been overheating over the weekend, sending alerts that the oil was critically low( oil was changed by professionals last month) and the fan would not shut off, which again is draining the battery. I was again met with "we don't have a loaner and there's nothing we can do or offer you other than looking at the car". I had to get a shuttle back home with no way to get to work the next day. One day later they tell me my engine is GONE and it costs11k to fix! 11k!! For a car ive had less than 6months and just started making payment on in January. I was offered no options by this dealership. I even emailed supervisors at haley head quarters who literally brushed me off and said that the GM of the location would handle it. The whole point of contacting the headquarters was because the location handled this situation VERY POORLY! I am now without a car. I would NEVER recommend Haley Buick GMC to a soul. At this point I wouldnt go to any car lot that Haley owns. They sell lemon cars, horrible customer service and the service department is subpar at best. Fixed an issue that came back 2 months later. Oh and not to mention that when I had my car towed back to my house on today 05/21/24, an employee proceeds to tell the tow truck driver all of my business as it relates to this situation.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I should not hear from a tow truck driver who is dropping my car off to me that he "heard the details about my car situation". I was flabbergasted. I would give Haley 0 stars if i could.

Annoying Problem

My instrument panel keep going dark and the diagnosis is they can't find the problem. It doesn't happen all the time but it's annoying. They are a very good dealership and I don't have any problems with the company. Their service is excellent until this one issue with my 2019 GMC Denali.

SIMPLY AMAZING

This dealership was AMAZING! This was my very first experience and I couldn?t have asked for a better one. I was able to make a same day appointment to get my oil changed and was in about 30 minutes. All time record and the staff is extremely friendly. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!

Don't go with aftermarket wheels

I went for routine service of oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was asked if my rims on my truck were GM, I told the service lady they were not. She informed me that they may not be able to do the rotation. When my service was done I checked out and was told they could not rotate the tires. I inquired why as I have taken my lifted trucks to the Chevrolet dealer and they did it no problems. She and another gentleman informed me it was due to prevent liability of damage to the rims. I then asked them both if I could get my brakes and suspension replaced, they informed that they could do that and began the quote. I stopped them and asked how they were going to do those services with out removing the wheels? The both gave me that look and I said so you can take my wheels off to do a brake or suspension job but can not rotate them? Again the oil change and customer service was great but I will not be returning.
