Facilities are clean and the service is great
The time the sales person took with us in picking out a new car. The friendly and courteous staff. We just purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima in August. On November 7, 2013 our car was rear-ended and totaled. The salesperson (Darryl Lewis) found out about our loss and called to check on us and offered to help when it was time to select another vehicle. The entire staff is very professional.

Caring service
They give accurate estimate of time for service visit and cost, which I very much appreciate. When it is a long service job, they give a courtesy car wash, which is great.

Pence Kia
The great and informative sales staff ensured that I bought the car that fit my exact needs. They even convinced my husband that I had done my research well and the Kia Soul was the right car, he even likes it and drives it. We just had it in for it's first service call, I could believe how fast it went. The service staff is just as nice as the sales staff.

great service as always
quick service. I also like having coffee in the waiting area. It is convenient for me because the days I have to bring my cars in for service (I have 2) I am pretty crunched on time and often skip my morning coffee

Prompt service
Service agent told me it would take 45 minutes to change oil and it took 45 minutes. I appreciate the accuracy of the estimate because I have had bad experiences at other dealers.
