My family has gotten three cars now from Kelley and each experience has been wonderful. This most recent time I went and bought a new to me 2011 chevy equinox, I had Steve Croy as my salesman and he was great. He was really understanding and tried to explain everything the best he could. If you're looking for someone who good at what they do and has enough energy to help you all day its him.

Our sales person, Matt Getty, went out of his way to make sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted. Very friendly, efficient, and exceptional customer service. Made for a stress free car buying experience. As a soldier myself, the best military appreciation I have had!

A great buying experience
We went to Kelley first when looking for a new car because of good buying and service experiences in the past. Craig Rider was our salesperson. He was very helpful finding a vehicle that matched our wishes, took us for a test drive, and kept in touch as a vehicle was promptly acquired from another dealer. I never felt pressured during the buying process, which I appreciated. When our new car arrived at Kelley, Craig did a great job of explaining the car's features. Carol commented how impressed she was with Craig's easy to understand method of presenting information.

Upset customer
I'm usually satisfied with this location but, however today was not one of those days. I took my car to get serviced because the hard plastic on the side of the seat was broken and I picked it up only to find that they had ripped & torn the leather on my seat. When I told him about it he blamed it me stating I may have done it because of the hard plastic & I know it was not like that when I dropped my car off. I was very upset.

Disappointing Service Experience
I felt as if the way I was spoken to at this dealership was due to me being a woman. I know a fair share about vehicles and I felt like I was being spoken down to for my car issue. Also, I was told that this dealership offered a credit card to make payments and when I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car and pay, I was told they do not. I prefer to bring my car to this dealership and will in the future, but this experience was not the best I've had at Kelley Chevrolet. I hope to have a better experience next time.

Got the vehicle we wanted!
They had a vehicle in that we were interested in. We showed up checked it out and test drove it. The salesman, Kevin Turner was very helpful. We told him we were tight on time that day and we'd like to purchase it and be back for it the next day. We showed up the following day and found Kevin Turner. He ran numbers and did paper work for us. Ran into problems with numbers not being in our price range. He then went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle in the price range we could afford!!!! He did it for us!!!! He was amazing and highly recommend going to see him if your looking to get a new vehicle!!!!! Thanks Kevin Turner for getting us into the ride we wanted!!!!
