Don Ayres Honda

Found a 2014 Honda CRV online that looked amazing and Don Ayres was awesome at providing a great experience as I came to test drive and then purchase the vehicle. The staff were very professional and were incredibly patient and nice throughout the entire process. While I hope to have this vehicle for a long time, the next time I need to make a car purchase, Don Ayres will definitely be at the top of the list.

Went in for service and as always was treated great and the staff did an amazing job with the car. Would highly recommend them for all of your vehicle needs.

Doug Settle and Tony both have given outstanding service on my Honda vehicles! Being a female I do not know much about mechanical issues but they always take the time to address any of my concerns no matter how simple they may be with respect and are courteous! Had Rick Kruger help me out buying a new upgrade from my old Honda Pilot. It was painless and quick - for me. Rick good naturedly put up with a lot of my ornery antics! Despite so many ads to the contrary, prices for service at Don Ayres are not so much higher than other quality repair shops. In fact some services for cars purchased at the dealership are less that almost any competing shop. Services are scheduled, which means you know when to come in, and you usually know beforehand how long it will take. Very Handy.

I had a great experience. I had questions that were answered and explained and I knew I was doing the right thing to take care of my car. I felt like I was taken care of like family. It was refreshing. Thanks!!

I have now bought 3 Hondas from Don Ayres, an Odyssey and 2 Civics. Andy Hitzman is by far the best car salesman I have dealt with. I was in desperate need of a car just recently and Andy hooked me up!

The diagnosis was quick and well explained by Dillion. They arranged for the shuttle to take us home as it was necessary to leave the car there for a few days. Dillion made every effort to keep us informed of the progress being made on the work. Over all it was an excellent experience working with Dillion and would recommend him to others.

The entire process from finding the right car to the financing/end of sale was the easiest and least stressful auto buying experience I've ever had. There's a reason they are rated so well, they take care of you from start to finish...and they listen to your needs and find you the best car possible. Jeremy T. was in charge of the actual financing part, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He got us an amazing interest rate and made the experience very simple. If you are in the market for a new or used car and you don't give this dealership a shot you're doing it wrong.

I just purchased my first Honda. Even if I decide that Honda is not the car for me, I will return to Don Ayres to purchase my next car. The sales staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and smiling. They made an extremely stressful day much more relaxed. I felt that everything they said was honest and I was reassured on all of my questions/concerns. Financing was easy and quick as well. The salesman (Derry) took the time to hook up my phone, set my pre-sets and show me all the features of my new car.
