I was getting my truck serviced last week and let me tell

I was getting my truck serviced last week and let me tell you there customer service is second to none! I came in the door and they greeted me by name. It was as though were waiting just for me to arrive to start there day. They had breakfast burritos there that morning and made sure I got one along with a cup of fresh coffee. Jeff Barton immediately took care of my service needs and kept me informed throughout the day. Very efficient and courteous of my time.

Thomas takes good care of me and my vehicles

GMC vehicle not worth the headache or expense

I have been bringing my 2015 acadia to your dealership since I purchased in 2018, and have been more than satisfied with the service. Daniel Ortega has always gotten me in on short notice and gotten me taken care of quickly.� My complaint is with the quality of your product. When I paid 30k for a vehicle 4.5 years ago, I didnt expect to have a $7000 repair bill for a new transmission which I declined. I was actually planning on trading my acadia in at Hendrick at the 5 year mark this Thanksgiving for another GMC and continue having you service my vehicle. But after this experience not only will I never come to Hendrick GMC for anything, I will never buy another GMC product as long as �I live. I have also told my brother who was looking at a new sierra to go get an f F250 instead. I hope this poorly built and expensive transmission was worth losing a customer who would have bought multiple gmc vehicles over the next decade was worth it. I am going back to Ford. GMC definitely did not deliver.

Great Seevice and Great Folks to work with!

Michael and Mark helped me make lemonade outta lemons. Initial pricing disagreements were worked out and I Flew to Virginia to pickup my new vette that was Dealer Stock!. Process was smooth and they delivered excellent service! Would definitely recommend Rick Hendricks in Henrici, VA
