Do not take your car to Cedar City Ford for service. I brought my 2007 Mustang in to have them investigate a slight ticking noise. They looked it over and claimed nothing was wrong with the car, but they actually damaged the bottom of my Mustang while it was there. To make matters worse, after getting it home, I pulled the spark plugs myself and found one that was completely burnt out. Terrible service and complete lack of care—stay away from this place.

They did a great job and were done an hour sooner than predicted. My only issue is a FMOCO issue rather than a store issue. There have been recalls for my car over the years but the store had been unable to get the parts.

Great experience the only note is I was told it would come with a tow package we could install ourselves and then when we got the car delivered to us it was not there.
