Aaron Pitts went above and beyond to make the buying

Aaron Pitts went above and beyond to make the buying process a great experience. Aaron went and sat in our new vehicle with us and explained thoroughly how all of the features worked and made sure we understood everything.

They told us our vehicle we purchased on 6/2/2025 had no

They told us our vehicle we purchased on 6/2/2025 had no leaks. We trusted them completely. We drove it from Kokomo to Fort Wayne. When we parked in the garage a pool of coolant started accumulating. By morning the pooling was worse. Typical of a dealership to tell you one thing an then the truth was obviously revealed. The sales people were not very personable. All electrical was suppose to work too. Nope. Both remote key fobs do not work. They would not replace the batteries. Be cautious of this dealership.

They were able to get me scheduled to replace my defective airbag quickly when the part came in. I was grateful for their shuttle service to drop off my vehicle and then picked back up when my car was finished.

We purchased a new Yukon Denali from Chuck Rounder last fall. We live in Tennessee and Chuck guided us through the entire long-distance process. He went above and beyond to help us make decisions and complete the purchase. He took the time to send us videos explaining the special features!! We highly recommend Chuck Rounder for your car needs. He is professional, knowledgable and kind.

Disappointing Dealership, Beware!!!

I went to McGonigal's for an insurance body repair of my front bumper on my 2011 cadillac CTS4 (pearl white). WOW I could never get the estimate. For over a week I am being told "we started on it, it is just not ready yet". I drove several times being promised each time when it would be ready. It wasn't and I drove 30 miles one way each time. I had to take my car to Lockhart Cadillac and those folks took great care of me. I did recently visit the dealership thinking I would trade my 2016 Chevrolet Cruz for a larger vehicle. But to be rather honest I am a little scared to do business with McGonigal's or any dealership they're affiliated with. I am sadly disappointed...
