New Car Shopping Made Painless!!

Buying cars can be a real pain. As I am already a Kia Soul owner, I did my homework and knew exactly what I wanted. I purchased my first Kia in Santa Rosa because it's close to where I live and had great service there. I started out this time calling there first. I did not have great success with the salesperson who answered my call, so I decided to call Kia of Marin. Eric Anderson, the salesperson who answered my call, was awesome to work with! He was patient with all of my questions, crunched the numbers for me, gave me several options to choose from, and made it work for me to pick up my new car the very next morning! Thank you Eric for making this a painless experience!

New Car Shopping Made Comfortable & Easier

I hate shopping for a new car. This time I did allot of the work on line and after narrowing it down to 2 local dealers, the KIA Marin salesperson we were dealing with was able to get the Optima model we wanted in the color we wanted. He made the whole experience a happy and comfortable one. He knew his product down to the smallest detail and took some extra time to familiarize this old guy with all the new "stuff" on his new car. This was the first car I had purchased in over 20 years so you can imagine what it was like for me to get into a car with things like "bluetooth" a rear view camera and voice activated this and that. I was very happy with the whole buying process which can be quite trying and difficult but the salesman (Brent Scheiner) made it pleasant and easy.
