Overall, a good experience people are friendly, informative, and professional. My issue is the fact that my truck was done sitting outside. I waited 20 minutes before I finally asked somebody about my bill.

Worst dealership ever.
Worst dealership ever. William is the worst salesman ever. A true liar! Sold car out from under me. Worked a deal for several days and could never get a deal sheet. Then informed car was sold. Worst sales experience ever. I see I'm not the only one. A BIG SHAME ON YOU.

I surly hope so. Things like this can get blowed way out of proportion really fast. Im glad I wasn't close by. You need to stop and think how you treat people, especially these days. Yery sadand inexcusable. But i got the deal i wanted eventually. Just had to go somewhere there was some integrity. And thats not you.

We were traveling through Virginia and noticed there was
We were traveling through Virginia and noticed there was a problem with the car. SAFFORD was recommended We drove up to service, with no appointment. , walked in and Mr Brown at the desk, couldn't be more helpful. He asked for the key to our car, drove it in and they put it up on the rack..finding a tire problem..we want to thank them …if we had driven to Florida the tire could have become a severe problem. SAFFORD and the people who served us were great!

I found out afterwards that the maintenance stated by the
I found out afterwards that the maintenance stated by the service advisor that was needed WAS NOT WHAT IS SUGGESTED BY RAM PER THEIR MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON UNNECESSARY WORK ON MY RAM 1500. You have lost my trust again.
