We just bought a 2016 Sedona which is our fifth Kia and fourth Kia from this dealer. Needless to say we are sold on the brand and are very satisfied with the buying process from this dealer. All of the reps seemed to know the features and benefits of the KIA brand and models which is quite an accomplishment with all of the electronic gadgetry in today's models. The only downside to the whole process was the amount of time involved in preparing the paperwork on the sale. I believe this process could be sped up especially for a returning customer. Not a deal breaker just an area that could use a review. Otherwise a great experience and great result!

great service

Jay, our salesperson and Brandon, our carepro were great at explaining every thing in full detail for us. They gave us great deals on our 2016 Kia Forte.

I love Kia of Clarksville

I just purchased a 2012 Kia Soul from Kia of Clarksville and it was a great experience. Ron, my salesperson, was very friendly and extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me great options to choose from when I was deciding what exactly I wanted. My experience was quick, stress free, and enjoyable. Brandon was my carepro and he helped me to understand everything about all of my new fancy options. I don't think I would have even taken advantage of half of the awesome amenities that my new car has without Brandons help. I would absolutely recommend Kia of Clarksville to anyone who is car shopping.

Great experience

Very please with professionalism of salesman Micah Cross. He made my experience of purchasing a new car go as smooth and trouble free as possible. Kudos, to Kia of Clarksville for having such a knowledgeable as well as courteous salesman on staff.

Perfect Service

I leased a 2016 Sorento and this is my 2nd vehicle that I leased from KIA of Clarksville. My Salesman, Micah was very professional, friendly and patient. He went above and beyond to accommodate me with all the features that I was asking for in my vehicle. Micah made sure I was a very satisfied customer. Michael, the Care Pro went over all the features inside the vehicle and answered all my questions. I even was satisfied with the Finance Manager Jessica, she was excellent. She made sure I understood my contract and payments. My overall experience with KIA of Clarksville was outstanding!!! I was bragging so much, my mom went to the Clarksville location and purchased a 2016 Sorento from Micah the following week. She was very pleased.

I left disrespected and disapointed

My last two cars were purchased through KIA and they have 0 customer loyalty. They were unable to honor ANY of the deals they advertise or that I had previously arranged with their online sales rep. My sales person Jay Lyons was completely disrespectful. He has no business in sales. The manager tried to diffuse the situation but the dealership was unable to accommodate ANY of my wants or needs within a reasonable price. I am now driving a brand new TOYOTA from Jeff Wyler Toyota in Clarksville and was able to get a GREAT deal. They treated me with respect and were willing to work with me. I will NEVER buy from Kia again and will tell all my friends and family about the lack of respect , and false advertisement at the Clarksville Kia.

Just leased a new forte

Very excited for my new car. Definitely will be coming back in 4 years when its time for an upgrade. I would recommend the Kia store to everyone. The staff here was very friendly.
