Buying my new car from Matt

When I decided to get a new car, I went back to Matt at Lloyd Belt. The last car I bought was through Matt there and was such a good experience that I didn't even think about going somewhere else this time and just like last time Matt was very helpful in getting me the car I wanted at the price I needed.

Very satisfied customer

Sterling in Sales was the best. He made the process from start to finish as easy as it could be. I have a very busy schedule and he even offered to drive to me with needed paperwork. Never have I experienced an individual or business willing to do everything it takes to make the customer happy. It was definitely appreciated and I will be buying all my automobiles from Sterling in the future.

Great Deal, low pressure.

We went in just looking, and i found a Ford Ranger in excellent shape. Sterling was there and we talked about it, he was understanding and did not pressure us to make a decision. After a week My wife and i decided that it was to good a deal to pass up. I am very happy with the purchase and the service since has been GREAT!!! (just maintenance, oil change etc..)

Good dealerships still exist!

Used car sale shopping? Ugh. The thing most people dred. I always think of the movie Matilda. You never know how it's gon a go. NOT the case with Loyd Belt! I went in skeptical, even after talking to Matt via phone and text . I left pretty impressed and surprised. I purchased an incredibly beautiful 2008 Yukon XL Denali. The price was reasonable to begin with, but they wiggled a little off for me still. Every concern we had was addressed and fixed. They even delivered the vehicle to my driveway. Matt made sure everything was quick and painless, financing with reasonable interested rates weren't even a hassle. Seriously, I didn't think this tyoe if salesmenship existed anymore. It does. The staff is easy going and friendly, they answer any questions right away and if they don't know, they find out. I don't throw compliments around easily and I rarely trust anyone thst isn't family, but I now trust Matt and Loyd Belt with my automotive purchases. We will definitely be back there next time we're looking. It's worth the 3 hour drive we made. Excellent job Matt! Thank you.

Awesome customer service

Sterling was great in helping me get into my new (to me) vehicle. He kept an eye out for the vehicle I was looking for and found the perfect match. I was in and out fairly quickly that day and they made the process go smoothly. All the employees were kind and courteous.

Sterling is awesome.

Sterling helped us with getting our sonata. we had a kinda complicated trade and he took it and handled it very well. stayed in contact with us through the whole process, he even still calls or messages and ask how everything is going. Overall he is awesome if we buy another car we are definitely getting ahold of him.
