xxxx poor Machanic

Ruxers put a clutch and rear seal in my triaxel the truck started making noises from transmission then wouldn’t start took starter off it was covered in metal shavings Linnie’s diesel had to pull start it took it to his shop after he pulled transmission out he discovered that Ruxers didn’t tighten bell housing bolts the heads of the bolts were ground and broken from rubbing on the flywheel long story short they charged me 10000 and it’s probley going to cost me between 6-8 more to fix there screw up

Very poor quality work

We had our 22 Kia repaired by their body shop and when we picked it up there was pits in the paint they missed spots and the color did not match the original color. We were told by the body shop manager that it is dirt in the air and can't keep the dirt from getting in the paint. They took it back in and wet sanded it now we can see where it was sanded, areas turning white plus a bird did its business on it and ate thru the paint.

Maverick great vehicle

Dishonest

We bought a car from them and 2 hours later they sold it to someone else even with paperwork signed. No apologies. Dirty car salesman.

Unprofessional

Aweful lot of foul language. I felt it was very unprofessional. Im certainly glad I didnt have my children with me. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. .

Oil change

Usually good service, but I asked for an oil change schedule today and was told that they are 3weeks behind, I can't wait 3weeks for an overdue change, I would think they could power up to keep up.

98 ford explorer

Call in late for an appointment. Gentleman schedule me for like the next day. Really appreciate getting my sons car in. He had a safe trip back to Chicago.

Problem with driver's seat.

The service was done very well, but the driver's seat will no longer go all the way back, and I was informed it will cost $1,100 to fix it. This is the second major system of the car to fail (sunroof). That does not make me think highly of the quality of a Lincoln car. If you (the Lincoln company) can not do better than that, I will not buy another Lincoln! Yes, I am angry and disappointed.
