Had a Blind spot problem, we had the reg warranty and extended, supposedly 20 yrs or 200,000 mile. But apparently when they tell you it’s bumper to bumper coverage, that’s not true. What you think should be covered 9 out of 10 times your wrong, realistically they only cover the things that almost never break down. My vehicle has 42,000 miles on it and we have had it 6 yrs we bought it new from DM. But they tell us it’s not covered, they told us why but it didn’t make sense. So our advice to everyone we can get the opportunity to talk to we will definitely tell them what having a warranty really means. For us we have learned a lesson don’t trust it when your told when you buy a new car with us your covered, that was not our experience.

You all should make good on the extended warranty you charge a fortune for! The first time we had a problem you CHARGED us instead of covering it under the bumper to bumper warranty we bought!
We are very upset that you did not cover this with the bumper to bumper extended warranty we bought.
We are very upset with you as a company that does not keep its word!!!!
We will not use you as our car dealership anymore.

It was okay. I hadn’t bought a vehicle for a while and they continued to hand me off to different sales person which was different. In the past once you got with someone they stayed with you during the entire experience. We were a thousand dollars apart on making a deal and we could not overcome that. So we made no deal.

My son had a oil change on his Hyundai elantra and was stranded on the interstate until we could pick him up which was 3 hours later because he was in Bridgeport Wv, they didn't tighten the oil plug and all of the oil came out of his car and it had to be towed back to Bridgeport. Dutch Miller never called me back and I called many times . We have bought 7 vehicles from them and I will not be going back .

Great place to buy pre-owned!
Great pricing with no haggling. Surprised to find out how well they reconditioned they're pre-owned vehicles. Don't see that with many dealers around here, especially Southern Ohio. Very friendly and energetic staff.

Very Disappointed
Went to look at a 2024 Trax. They (the Trax) are nice, BTW. When then wrote up a quote the price was jacked up $3K from sticker price. We asked and they said because they have it and others don't. Nope, not for me. I don't like dishonest dealers and I will not ever purchase from them. Won't even get into what they offered me for my car...what a joke.

Took my boss there too purchase her car plus orher
I’ve bought cars from them then I took my son to buy one , what a piece of junk and they wouldn’t do anything to fix the car. However they sent me the $100 fee for recommending them. Then back last year I went with my manager to but her car they assured me I would get my $100 here it is 2 months later no $100 I was going to trade to a new Equinox but now no way not with them. They just are in it to make money and screw you. So buyer beware.

What a joke
Everyone at the dealership is incompetent whether Hyundai or Chevrolet. Management is a joke they refuse to give you the best deal or even a fair deal. Wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy. They will disturb you on vacation to remove a true review cause it they are afraid it will hurt their business.

My salesman, Jared Campbell, did an exceptional job. He was very accommodating and willing to do what was necessary to see that I left Dutch Miller happy. I give him a 10 and would recommend him to anyone.
