About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since October 2009.
We're a smaller dealership that puts friendliness and good customer service first. We sell vehicles to our neighbors friends and family so we always make sure our inventory is the highest quality. Our used vehicles go through a 123-point inspection and the shop receipt for any work is in the glove compartment of every car. When you submit an inquiry to us it is handled quickly and your questions are answered directly. Why? Because we'd want someone to do the same if we were shopping online.

Our purchasing experience with John at Faricy Ford could not have been better. The price was right, the service exceptional and expectations were fulfilled by the the staff we interacted with. We will definitely recommend Faricy Ford. Thanks, Harry/Diane Burmeister

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Faricy Boys Ford! From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and professional. The staff took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle that fit my budget and lifestyle. The process was smooth, and they were incredibly transparent about pricing, including all the fees. Special shoutout to my sales representative, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions without any pressure. The finance team worked hard to get me a great deal, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision, which made the whole experience stress-free. The service and care at The Faricy Boys Ford are top-notch, and I’ll definitely be returning for future vehicle needs. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Faricy boys, Canon city This dealership has been the worst car buying experience ever. The original salesmen, (Craig Bucknell) knew nothing of the vehicle we were looking at and couldn't explain anything about the questions we were asking. He looked more of the part of a mechanic, dressed like a mechanic, acted like a mechanic. There was no charging cord in the jeep and he stated he was going to go find it, never came back with it. We couldn't come together on a deal so we proceeded to leave and on the way out the door he stated "go sell your jeep on marketplace and see what you get for it". After some research we went back the next day and demanded a different salesman. We was given Brandon Bechtel to deal with and he was nice to begin with. He stated he was going to see the guy who did the intake maintenance on the jeep we were looking at to get the charging cord. He came back without it but stated "he'll find it". Ben Herold( Sales manager) also stated the cord was not apart of the deal and if we didn't like it we could bring the jeep back. At no time during our encounter did anyone tell us the charging cord was not apart of the deal. Never again will we purchase a vehicle from this dealership. We received no copy of any of the paperwork we signed other than the temporary registration. All the papers we signed with Brandon we did not receive and was told they'll email us the finance papers and we can e-sign them. After we receive a charging cord from the dealership we will sign the finance paperwork. We will be filing this with the Faricy owners, ENT credit union. The cord will be delivered to my house, I will not return to that store.

I have bought yet another vehicle from Faricy Ford (#7). As always the treatment they have given us is outstanding. Chris always goes out of his way to get us in the auto we want and a price we can live with. A special thanks to Chris, Ben, Hannah and all the Faricy gang. Thank you.

2020 Ford Ranger salesman did his job, Finance guy ripped me off with double talk. Warrant issue with brakes took it in they could not duplicate the noise. Took it back noise getting worse again could not duplicate. I ordered new brake pads and installed myself noise went away. Ford just shrugged their shoulder. Problem with 4wd ratcheting in front end took it in could not duplicate. This issue went clear to Dealer Manager still could not duplicate. The issue turns out that I was not using the 4wd in the correct manner. My son a Certified Ford Mechanic set down and explained what was happening. Their is about 8 different settings to drive in 4wd. One setting to disable ABS you must hold down for 8 seconds no where in book does it say that. Service department on last oil change gave me a quote on replacing my air and cabin filter $80. Well get this I had just changed my filters the week before. I have had 3 flats and one blow out. The flats took 2 to 3 days to be repaired. The replacement took over a week to find a tire.

This dealership will take your trade in and not mention how much you are getting, you have to ask to see the paperwork. They will sell you a used car with bald tires if you dont know any better. They will take the highest loan interest without trying to get you a better one. Dont trust them! I told you first!

My experiences with the service department have been atrocious. I've taken my truck in twice for the same issue recall work and it's still not fixed. Leave message after message and no one ever returns the phone call. My recommendation would be to get your service work done elsewhere.
