From the first phone call after I placed my information on the website, up until the closing of the deal, this dealership treated me well and clearly had the consumer's interests at the forefront. The salesman, Steven, was courteous and patient with the questions I asked and did everything he could to accommodate my needs. The car runs great and is a perfect fit for our needs.

My husband and I drove to Canon City from Colorado Springs, to buy from Faricy Ford. Chris Snyder and Michelle were awesome! When we arrived, I told him exactly what I was searching for and he brought me to the exact car I needed! No high pressure tactics to buy "new" (since I was in the market for used car). And the "used" car I purchased looks brand new !!! Such a nice way to buy a car, not at all like the dealers in Colorado Springs, who want you to "sign" a paper before they even talk numbers!!! Chris was honest, upfront, and extremely pleasant to deal with, as was Michelle, who by the way, had us in and out of there in a short amount of time, considering all the paperwork! She's a wiz with the paperwork!! And Cujo was just precious!! Thanks to both of you for your help and courtesy with us. As long as I live in Colorado, I'll be buying from Faricy!!!! Just bought an F150 from Faricy and it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had (and I've been buying cars for over 40 years). Caleb and Steven could not have been any better, and I can be a fairly demanding customer. I couldn't possibly recommend these guys more highly. I drove about 40 miles from Colorado Springs because this dealership was so highly recommended, and it exceeded expectations. I'm going to tell all my friends about these guys.

The service and "no pressure" attitude of the entire organization is exceptional as well as the fair deal on a great vehicle was really impressive. Salesman Steven Montoya was honest and realistic, sales manager Mike personally thanked me for my business, and Peggy in fiance worked extra hard to keep me within my budget! Everyone was so nice! Renee closed the deal with me online and when I got to the dealership and took care of the paperwork with Mark, I discovered they had reduced my interest rate - woot woot!! This was probably my best dealership experience ever. Not a fancy dealership, and maybe dated because it's in a small town (Canon City), but you will receive HONEST, FRIENDLY AND FAIR FIVE-STAR TREATMENT from everyone that works here! You're not pressured to buy in order to pay for an expensive glitzy facility! Renee the Internet Sales Manager followed up when a vehicle of interest was traded in, and although that was not the car I purchased, she had pointed out a great deal on alternate CPOs on the lot. Mark my sales guy was equally awesome. He was patient while we test drove two others before making a decision and made the experience pleasant without ever making me feel pressured to seal a deal. Peggy in finance was professional and she was able to secure financing that worked in my favor to allow me to add an extended warranty at little extra cost to cover things typical aftermarket warranties will not. Overall I'm glad I made the drive and feel like I came away with three new friends in the car business -- Even if I had not bought the car. You're treated more than just a customer here. Go see them!

Had a great experience buying a used truck at faricy. Martin was my sales man and I would recommend no one else to help you get your new or used car, truck or SUV. Martin is a true professional who has the customer best interest at had. The sales manager gave me what I believe to be the best deal possible to him and was very professional in his interactions with me. Do you want the best customer experience where you feel valued as a consumer? This is the place to go no high pressure sales and all staff is very friendly. Dealing with Faricy Ford was the quickest, easiest car buying experience I've ever had! And I've had 9 cars! I have dealt with dealerships trying to rip me off in every way possible and I felt that Martin was very straight forward and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone, and I love in Pueblo!
