Self-employed/Retired/ Property Management

Salesman, Chris Snyder is the best! He made car-shopping easy and fun. He is fair, helpful and charming. Doing business with The Faracy Brothers was a pleasure. Chris Snyder and Mike (Finance Dept) made me feel they had my best interest at heart.

Was helped by Steven Montoya for a car I saw driving by. I made an offer he got back with me the next day told him to write it up he had everything ready when I got there. Steven was very helpful

Faricy Ford Canon City

Our 4th purchase from Faricy Ford with Steve Montoya. Steve is so easy to work with and makes buying a vehicle such a pleasure! Will always use and refer Steve for his attitude, knowledge, no high pressure and he is so kind and considerate!! GREAT SALESMAN!!!!

Warranty Work

Brought the MKC in for what should have been under warranty work and still not fixed the back up camera so now have to drive another 80 miles to bring it back for repairs, so far not impressed with service dept. did the same on my ford F250 could not fix it, so had to find another shop now runs great

Unsatisfactory

Salesperson Chrys Snyder did not check to make sure the second key worked. I drove three hours to buy the car and three hours back for a total of six hours. When I got home I discovered the second key did not work. I called Chrys Snyder and he said I would have to drive to Montrose to get the key programmed. Two hour drive to Montrose and two hours back for six hours total. All of this could have been avoided if Faricy Ford had checked it out. All totally unsatisfactory.

Ford F-250 diesel truck

We were traveling thru CaƱon City when we started smelling diesel fumes in cab of truck. The accelator melted off the truck and dropped to floor just outside of town. We fixed that turned around and brought it to Ford dealership and the staff jumped right on fixing the truck. They were outstanding in accommodating us while we were on our vacation. Thank you so much Faricy Ford for all you did.

Rip off and no integrity

I took my car in to get the sunroof either repaired or at least closed. After having my car all day they charged me $70, left the sunroof open and told me I would have to pay a $1,200 for a new left side track. The following Monday I took my car to a trusted Auto Body shop, the gentleman was able to close my sunroof within an hour and charged me only $40. If I could give this place 0 Stars, I would due to lack of integrity.

Great salesman, not so much manager

I drove up to Canon City to test cars to see if they had anything I wanted. The only had one car that really appealed to me so we went on a test drive and then sat down to talk about financing when I decided I didn't want to purchase the car. The salesman was awesome and understanding. We shook hands and went on our way and everything was good. No more than 4 minutes after leaving the dealership the sales manager called and at first asked how the salesman did since he was new but after a minute of talking he started asking me why I didn't buy the car and tried to get me to come back and get me to buy it. I had already made my decision to not purchase the car so the attempted pressure to come back and buy it was not appreciated. Very high marks for the sales staff, not as much for the ones above them.
