I am dealing with breast cancer. My charger had a recall. My amazing husband agreed to handle it. He took it this dealership instead of my normal for convenience. When my husband returned with my car, there were issues with electrical things not working that were run by the control box right next to the plug in they used. Mind you I have never had any issues and is maintained by another dealership. They admitted there was a problem but refused to take responsibility. Stating they stand behind it was a coincidence that the wire was ruined and a fuse blown at the exact time they were working on it. But to top it off, they CHARGED ME $59 to tell me they refused to claim responsibility. A simple fuse and change out the wire was all it took to have it repaired. A simple $5 fix. I do not recommend using this service department.

A dealer and service department that does not stand behind their work. We took our 2015 Grand Cherokee in for a tire rotation and oil change. One of the wheel covers was broken when doing the tire rotation. You would think that the dealer would just replace the broken wheel cover and be done. Not so, it has been three months and still nothing. Many phone calls asking the status and even a personal visit. The common answer " we have them on order". Its sad that doing business has come to this! I know that I sure don't treat my customers this way.

I rolled the dice buying a used car that was across the country from me but both David and Paul made sure I knew what I was getting before I saw the jeep in person! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from new century dodge and the only complaint I have is not living closer to have them as my permanent go to dealer. David was excellent about returning any phone calls and also providing me with any and all pictures I asked for of the vehicle. Even after the purchase and delivery of the jeep David has reached out to me several times to check on the jeep and my satisfaction and addressing anything I had a concern with. I look forward to driving my jeep around and would absolutely use them in the future without hesitation. Shane

I had a hard time finding a purple right hand drive jeep for my mail route, but new century had it listed, i called on a Monday after a long weekend of calling different states and going to 2 different dealerships to find PURPLE, Mr ellis said they had it on the way!!! My long search was over and could not have had a better experience purchasing a vehicle! I will be returning in the future to purchase my jeeps! Mr ellis even sent me photos of my jeep when it arrived to the lot! Thank you again DAVID!
