I have had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life

I have had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life trying to deal with this place! Mr. Grover is very obnoxious and threatening as to a female, a single female that has to be pressured to be forced to subside to a man! I bought a car check engine light came on the next day! I was told to bring the car back next week. They cleared the check engine light and said if it didn’t come on not to come back! Of course it came back on so I brought the car back and they had to do over $4000 worth of work to the car which obviously tells you there was a major problem somewhere! Upon receiving my car back, I ask if I could speak to the Mechanic and the person that did the work so I could see what was done and they said no.! Ever since I’ve gotten my car back, it is in the same situation that it was in nothing has changed! And the guy at the dealership thinks it’s funny to constantly hang up the phone on somebody. And if you’re seeing this message, you will only see it shortly because they obviously take down their reviews!

Love getting my Honda serviced at Neil Huffman Honda. the entire team is great and they always get my car in and out fast. I will always take my Honda to Neil Huffman for service.

Neal Huffman Honda is one of the best Honda dealerships

Neal Huffman Honda is one of the best Honda dealerships in southern ind. Great selection on new and used vehicles great prices on used certified vehicles sales personnel are very easy to work with Brendan Street made my purchase easy and enjoyable and read no so good reviews on the service department but my experience was nothing but extremely wonderful Amber Gray was so sweet and explained exactly what and how things were going to be taken care of The service technician was also amazing first Honda I have ever purchased and I don't think I will ever buy Ford or chevy again!!!!! Love my CVR and Neil Huffman's Team

Darius Marks and Kevin Toe both were excellent to work

Darius Marks and Kevin Toe both were excellent to work with when we bought our 205 Honda. The “Colonel” was great closing the final paperwork. If you want a new Honda give them a shot.

I recently had an air bag warning light on the instrument

I recently had an air bag warning light on the instrument panel of my daughter's 2009 Honda Civic. It was diagnosed by a local repair shop as a seat belt switch failure and I should take it to Honda because of their life time warranty on seat belts. When I called Neil Huffman Honda in Clarksville, In, I talked to Anel in the service dept. and he was very friendly, professional, and courteous. He got my car in and the tech, Dylan Napier, also diagnosed the same problem code. They repaired my daughter's Civic without any run around or bull s--t! I was pleasantly surprised since her car has almost two hundred thousand miles on it. Thanks again Anel for being so nice and Neil Huffman for honoring the warranty service without a lot of hassle.

Salesman was wonderful.

Salesman was wonderful. The finance person did me wrong. I have been a customer of this dealer for 40 years. He did something that has never been done and I am angry over it

Still not satisfied with what happened. The salesman, Tavis Brown was excellent as always. My issue is with the finance person. Very disappointed with him. I thought better of him
