Brad was very friendly from the beginning. He met us out in the lot and stopped us while we were driving though to look. He explained all the features on the car we were looking at thoroughly. He seemed to speak with facts and data, and didn't just try to sell us a car. He explained the paperwork and procedure well, as I was nervous about running my credit and taking out a loan for more than $20,000. Overall, very friendly, nice, professional, and personable.
