Not just con men. Dangerous con men.

By far the worst service experience Ive ever had. Long story short went in for a starting fault and ended up paying 1400. ridiculous but ok at least my car is fixed right... wrong drive 5 miles to my home and smoke starts pouring out of my hood and oil has sprayed everything inside and is pouring out the bottom of my car.. never had an oil leak but all the sudden. Bam. Their advise as professionals was to DRIVE the vehicle back so they can look at it .. drive a car soaked in oil.. that could catch fire or lose control and harm myself or other drivers. I've been calling and they better two my car there and fix it or I wi be seeking legal action. Disgusted

If you have service done here and have issues ask for Dan Whitley and whatever you do avoid Roy Bode. They guy has zero people skills. Dan saved the day though and made it right.

Great Dealership for sales man.

Great Dealership for sales man. We dealt with Mr. Chuck Lawless. Our kids and us have bought vehicles from Chuck and just bought another F150 from Chuck and he is easy and great to work with on buying a vehicle. had everything ready to go and all paperwork so we are not there all day waiting. Excellent customer care. Would call Chuck again.

I dropped my edge this morning for maintenance.

I dropped my edge this morning for maintenance. I intended to do an oil change but the service representative recommended a few items such as transmission oil change etc. He said the total should be around $450 before tax. I said OK. When it was finished, he said the final cost is $640 and I was so shocked. He then went back and did some calculation and it went to $537. I still do not see how $450 plus tax can add up to $537. This $537 is also not the same price on the invoice ($599 on the invoice). So basically their service charge is just a random number, not based on the actual work. If you do not pay attention, you will be scammed by a lot. I will not come back again. it is a very dishonest place to do your service there.
