2018 Ford Escape from Pundmann Ford, St.Charles MO
From the phone call seeking out my car type to the in-person experience, my level of customer service the entire time was excellent. All of our questions were addressed in a timely manner, the pricing/negotiation process was very pleasant, and the dealership and our salesperson (Josh Vick) made sure we were 100% satisfied with our vehicle. Not only would I recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle, but my next one will be from Pundmann.
