Purchased Pre-Owned 2017 Fusion 3/15/17. Was disturbed, when after service, I rec'd an email, and a week later a call saying I needed new tires. It upset me so much, that I would not anything but a discount on a set of tires, to put "my mind at ease". I felt satisfied with the resolution, and I had the tires put on the following day.

The people were all friendly and professional. The work was completed within the estimated time, after protective covers were applied to the vehicle interior.

I brought my car in for an oil change. They checked over everything and informed me of other services my car needed. It was all done in less than an hour and I was on my way:)

Our salesman, Eliot Starr, is the best. He always takes the time to make sure we are satisfied and feel good about our purchase,.Loren Stevens in finance is also great.

I had a great car buying experience. My salesman was the best. I would recommend Wil and Pundmann Ford to anyone. Incredibly knowledgeable staff and great service. My salesman even took about 30 minutes with me AFTER my sale to help me sync my phone and figure out all of the buttons and features. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY CAR!!

Needed an inspection on a Saturday, stopped by for an inspection at Quick Lane.

Drove past at least 5 other Ford Dealers to get to this one. It was a 40 minute drive vs the 5 minute one by my house. Was recommended to come here by a coworker. Our Salesman Will Mooze was top notch. Very professional and was keeping us informed every step of the way. Was very laid back and not pushy at all. Gave us time to look at vehicle and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle he was showing us (Explorer). Also got top dollar for our trade, was expecting to get low balled but was surprised with offer. Most straight forward salesman i have ever dealt with. Would definitely come here again to shop for another new Ford. Everything else went smooth as well, with finance also. No pushing, just pretty straight forward. It was best experience ive had buying new off the lot.

Keith, in the Collision dept., went above and beyond to get the repairs to my vehicle done right. He dealt with the insurance company directly and involved me at little as possible.
