Heuberger Subaru

Clint is great!! Purchased a new Subaru from Clint Earhart and couldn't be happier. Pricing was by far the best in the state, if not the country, and he worked with me to order exactly the car I wanted. The Heuberger finance team was also able to get me financed at a lower rate than the already low rate I was able to get on my own. I'd buy another car from Clint in a heartbeat.

Ryan, and any other staff I dealt with, promptly provided any information I requested and went out of his way to answer all our questions knowledgeably. He never pressured us to make a decision and allowed us to investigate which car we wanted to buy at our own pace and in our own way even when we were looking at other car makers. He gave us all the time we needed to test various models. He continued to followup with us in a non pressuring way as we took many weeks to come to a decision and has followed up with us after the sale offering to answer any questions that we may have in the future. Our experience with other auto makers in town were not as positive. They sometimes wanted us to approach car buying their way and on their time table instead of allowing us to follow our approach. Some of the other car companies did not furnish the information we wanted in an easy and timely manner. Our decision to buy a Subaru was based on the car -- features and price -- and also based upon the positive experience we had dealing with Ryan and the other staff.

I could go on and on here, but simply put, this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made, and Clint is the reason why. No hassle at all for pricing, he's very up front about what he can offer. Finance was a breeze as well thanks to Vito. I would not hesitate to recommend Clint to anyone looking for a new Subaru and I hope he's still around when we're ready for another one!

My husband & I were shopping for our third Subaru Outback. We went to the closest dealer and had such a disgusting experience that my husband actually began researching vehicles by other manufacturers. He found Heuberger on-line and decided to pursue the Outback once again. Our sales person was Nikole Mazich. She was very well informed and very committed to answering all questions and meeting all our needs. The only difficulty we faced in the whole process was getting anyone to respond regarding zero financing. Dawn Patterson didn't address this issue until my husband was actually handing her the cashier's check to pay for the car. An absolute Heuberger devotee, Nikole, handled this deficiency with perfect grace. She is obviously a steadfast team player. Because of Nikole we will happily return to Heuberger in the future.

Overall, my buying experience was good. The price was good, I got what I expected on the vehicle, and except for some difficulty with the F&I department, there were really not any problems with the actual purchase. Unfortunately, a bit of confusion arose with Ms. Mazich after the sale was complete.

This was a great experience overall. I had done a lot of research and knew exactly what car I wanted to get. I had shopped around and, of course, Heuberger offered me the best price. I wanted a specific model in a specific color with specific options. A little picky, but I was buying a new car. They let me know that they had everything I wanted in stock, but it was a different color. They also let me know that they found one at another dealer that was perfect for me. I opted to wait for the one in the color I wanted, and they were more than happy to get it for me. They all worked together to keep me up to date on when the car would be delivered, and called me as soon as it arrived. Once I went to pick the car up, Josh spent as much time as I needed to go over everything in the car and make sure I knew how to use everything. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

David was great, he was up front and answered all my questions and there was no high pressure sales pitch to buy, this was a real pleasure, I have already steered some of my acquaintances his way.

Clint and Mark are the easiest guys to work with for purchasing a car. I was in the market for a new car and had my sights on a BRZ. After ringing up Clint directly, he got me settled and off to Mark with exactly the car I was looking for. I also had a last minute change to the car specifications that I needed to make, and both Clint and Mark were on the ball and ready to help make those changes happen. Clint and Mark did everything to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted, nothing more, nothing less. Thanks guys, you rock!
