The Faricy Boys

The pre-owned Jeep we purchased is excellent. A diamond in the rough! But I left the dealership feeling a bit unappreciated. Doesn't everyone want to at least feel like they "got a good deal"? I tried to negotiate a little better price and got zero... not a penny. I tried to get them to fill up the gas tank... no sir. Only $15 worth of gas. The Jeep was missing the rolling cover for the rear cargo area and I asked if they could provide one. No sir. There was also no owner's manual and they could not provide that either. While waiting for finance, they showed us where the soft drinks and coffee were but we even had to pay for that! Soft drinks were $1.50 and coffee was .50 cents! This dealership reminded me of the airline business.

My experience with Faricy Boys, and in particular with Tom Dominguez, new car salesman, was absolutely superb. It was really a pleasure doing business with Tom-- he was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient when appropriate, yet fast & efficient when we needed him to be, Tom is a gentleman and I'd never hesitate to recommend him to my friends and colleagues. BTW, my wife & I are also extremely satisfied with our new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee!

Emailed them about a car. Got quick response. You can tell they're motivated to sell and will respond quick. Was able to negotiate on a price without any hassle. They also beat my pre-approved credit union interest rate. Let me check out the car - no pressure. Shout out to Sunny in sales, Dave in sales and the finance lady (I've spent half hour trying to remember her name but I can't for some reason). Good experience. Super awesome Suzuki SX4 for when I am not in my Camaro.

I recently purchased a Volkswagen GTI at the Faricy Boys dealership. The car was purchased as is with no warranty. After 20 days the car developed major problems. To my surprise and pleasure, the Faricy Boys stepped up and fixed the car, no questions asked. The Faricy Boys have given me the best car buying experience I have ever had. We were working on a very limited budget; every person we dealt with was pleasant, very helpful and professional. Although we didn't have a lot of money to spend, we were treated like we were spending many thousands! We got a great used vehicle for an unbelievable price!! Thank you, Faricy Boys. I could not find the 2013 Wrangler that I wanted so decided to order a 2014 Copperhead. After visiting the other dealer in Colorado Springs someone recommended Faricy Boys and am I glad that they did. Saved about $1500 from where I was with the other dealer. No haggling on the price...this is what it is...it was very close to what I wanted. Ordering was absolutely no hassle. The order was within their allocation and was submitted and accepted that first day. My salesman kept me informed as the vehicle was scheduled for production and it arrived within a few weeks. I was in the hospital recovering from a serious accident/surgery so my salesman worked with me to actually deliver the vehicle to my home (I could not travel) a few days after I got home. We did all of the paperwork at the house with no hassle. The vehicle was delivered in perfect condition and looking great. He even sent me photos when it first arrived so that I could see it. Great sales work from beginning to end. Highly recommend Faricy Boys and my salesman Jack Reak!!!

Everything is so easy and relaxed with this dealership, unlike other dealerships that throw on the pressure. We explained our needs and wants in a vehicle, Dave listened and then found the vehicle that fit us perfect.

Had the most wonderful expereince when I visited Farciey boys dealership. They worked with me till I got the payment that was within my budget. I had visited a prior dealership that was horrible and everything we talked about was not taken into consideration. That was not so at Faricy boys they actually listen and tried to help get the Toyota I was looking for and helped me stay within my budget which was a huge plus. I give them an A for great customer service. I will recommend this dealship to all my friends and family.
