Easy Peasy Jeep purchase

A painless and pleasurable experience

Tom and Faricy Boys delivered EXACTLY what I wanted. I'd spent 2 months back and forth with another dealer - who made every request a time wasting issue. I contacted the Faricy boys online and told them what I wanted. Within an hour, i had 3 options and an email. I responded with a few questions, made a selection, and asked for a price. The price was considerably lower than the other dealer. I asked for a lease. I got an immediate response that was a significantly better lease price than the other dealer. I then emailed a deposit, told them when I wanted to pick up the car, and that I didn't want the whole process to take more than 30 minutes. Tom called me 2 days before just to make sure all my questions had been answered, and to assure me he would expedite the paperwork. I showed up, signed 5 forms, was handed the keys and given an overview, and I drove away. I've never bought a car so effortlessly. And then, Tom followed up 2 days later just to make sure all was well. If you want to buy a Jeep, I wouldn't hesitate going to Faricy and asking for Tom.

What enjoyable experience!

We were picky in the Grand Cherokee we were looking for....but the guys at The Faricy Boys found us exactly the one we were looking for. A very professional transaction from start to finish! Thanks again!

Great experience!

Robert Duquette helped us purchase our new minivan. We were immediately helped. He was nice and very customer service oriented. They have a place for the kids to play and kept them entertained throughout the process. It was a good experience all around!

Great Experience

Terrible Salesmen!!

I came to buy a very beautiful car and pulled up to look at one, and no one wanted to help me! I literally sat there with my husband for 15 mins! There were salesmen there standing there that didn't want to help us, they even looked right at us... Not once but a few times!!! What kind of salesman doesn't want to help a customer buy a car!? I highly don't recommend coming to a place of service where you don't get noticed or acknowledged!!

Great Team at Faricy Boys

Tom Dominquez and Kerri Hill provided exceptional service in my purchase of a new Grand Cherokee. They put in lots of hours looking, searching and calling other dealers to find a vehicle that had the options I wanted. They went far beyond any other dealer I have dealt with in getting me the car I wanted. In addition, they gave me a great trade in on my old car. We have had 4 Jeeps now and this experience has been the best! Thanks Tom and Kerri!!!!

Great new car buying experience at The Faricy Boys

Great Jeep dealer. We just told them what we wanted, we were very specific and there was no inventory to be had anywhere in the region so we ordered the Jeep to be built for us. They didn't make the sales process painful, straight forward, efficient and a great price. Highly recommended if you are looking to purchase a Jeep.

Had fun buying my car

Everyone I encountered at Faricy Boys was helpful and responsive. I actually had fun buying my New Jeep. Knowledgable, friendly ( Not at all pushy) and able to contact them on line with questions along with making the deal..I would definitely recommend Jack Reak as your Sales person and I hope to be able to buy my next car from him also. Thank you also to Ben, you and your brother are doing a great Job.

Lovely Experience

First time car buyer here! I came across a car I loved online at a price I wanted. I emailed Faricy and got a quick response from Kerri. We talked back and forth very promptly and she kept me informed via email and phone. I decided to put a $500 hold on the car and I am glad I did! I made an appointment to go in and was greeted promptly by Joshua, got down to business, and test drove the car. Joshua showed me a complete Carfax on the car as well as the breakdown of the work the dealership did on the car. While we were waiting on the report from the bank, Joshua made us feel comfortable while we made small talk. The price of the car was higher than what I saw online, and no questions asked, they matched the internet price! Once we got it all worked out, they cleaned the inside and outside of the car and even filled up the tank for me! The process was quick but thorough. I did not feel like there was any shady business going on, and everyone was extremely professional. To put the cherry on top, my 18 month old son wanted a balloon that was attached to a car outside. Joshua untied it from the car and let him have the balloon. Everybody got a treat that day! Thank you Faricy boys! I have already told everyone about you!
