I originally came into the dealership because I think...

I originally came into the dealership because I think very highly of Scott Teenor and if I were to get a new car, he's the man to go too. I told him my price range, and every detail as to what I am looking for. Within a matter of days, Scott found my ideal vehicle. Scott directed me to Miike Colamarino who was as polite as he was helpful. I have nothing but kind words to say about these two men and the dealership. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and am extremely grateful for both Scott and Mike and all there assistance. I will only recommend friends and family to this dealership. Overall, couldn't be happier! -Cassie

These guys made buying a new car a very good experiance. would recamend them to anyone. Everyone was so nice but Joe was extra nice and went out of his was to find the exact car we wanted even though i was very picky.Great job to all.And really love my new car.

I knew the kind of car I wanted, so I didn't have to shop. Keith found the exact one I was looking for and had it delivered the next day, so I really appreciated it. The sales team overall was very couteous and great to talk with, just to get to know them a bit more personally.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Steve helped us so much on finding the perfect car and being able to answer all of our questions and overall he gave us a very nice and comfortable experience. The price was perfect and was able to fit in our budget and the business also. Steve was so kind and understanding which made all the stress of buying a car seem almost easy for us as the customer. When i need a new car again i will come back and also recommend this dealership and Steve to all the other people i know, so they can have a great experience also.

I spent quite a while researching different brands of...

I spent quite a while researching different brands of cars and test driving at different dealerships. I decided on a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited and I was only interested in a black exterior and a black leather interior. Since Hyudnai dealerships were making way for the upcoming 2014 models, it was extremely hard to locate exactly the vehicle I wanted. I started off at the McCarthy dealership in Olathe who found the model described; however, it was located in St. Louis and in order to bring it to Olathe they scheduled to drive it here personally and it would have up to 1,000 miles on it from trading it from one dealership to another. I called to other surrounding Hyundai dealerships who were all pressuring to sell me different models/colors and I did not think I was going to end up with the car I wanted. I was even calling out of state to Minnesota and Texas to try and check the pricing to have to car shipped to me. Josh Hoke was the only sales consultant who found exactly the car I wanted straight out of the manufacturing plant in Alabama and have it shipped to me on a trailer free of charge. To every other dealership I felt as though they did not try to go the extra mile to make a sale as Josh did. He kept me updated frequently about the shipment of my vehicle, which took a week to ship, and when it was in I did not hesitate to drive the 45 minutes from Olathe to Lawrence to pick up my vehicle. When I walked in the building I felt as though everyone knew the hard work put into finding my vehicle was being paid off and I was congratulated and thanked multiple times for being patient. Josh and the Laird Noller Hyundai team agreed to my True Car internet price a week prior to my purchase with no hassle. There is not one thing I would change about my Hyundai Sonata or the experience I received while buying my first car and I would love for anyone in search of a new vehicle to contact Josh Hoke in order to receive the amazing experience I did during the purchase of my vehicle.

Ford car

My review is mostly based on my dealings with Josh Hoke, one of their salesmen. He worked very hard to help me over several weeks because the car I was looking for was selling quicker than I could get out to the dealership. The dealership had a good selection of cars, everyone on the floor was very personable and worked to help you as they could. The only thing I thought might have gone better was the buying process itself, it seemed to take quite a while, but that was likely me and my lack of patience.

My wife and I would like to say that our car buying was actually a great and fun experience. Gregg Cooper was our salesman and he made the whole process so enjoyable. Gregg spent so much of his time working with us, showing us all the options on the 2011 Ford Fusion, he even synced our phones and garage door opener for us. He is by far the best salesman that i've ever worked with. You just become friends as soon as you meet him. The finance person was very friendly as is the whole staff at Laird Noller and got everything worked out quickly for us. I will give anyone i know who is looking for a vehicle, new or used, to ask for Gregg Cooper. He is very much a professional, spends all the time you need answering questions, and makes you feel very comfortable. Thank you Laird Noller Ford for an awesome car buying experience, and thank you Gregg for all your help. I had a very bad situation turned good by Kelly & his staff of professional Technicians. I had a rental truck & trailer well the car i was towing had the tow straps release while towing &the car proceeded foward of the trailer. The only wayI could right this situation was to seek professional help.Thats just what I recieved at Lair Noller dealership in Lawrence Kansas. The service manager Kelly Steele quickly assed the situation and put his team of techs.on the the job immediately. They handeled the situation professionally,expediently and without charge.In this day and time thats atrue rarity among people. Dennis Trotter, a sales consultant met us at the door with a very friendly greeting. My husband had some general reservations about dealership business model. The salesman gave a very acceptable & measured response. This opened the door for us to be more amenable to do business. Mr. Trotter used good judgement in steering us toward a vehicle that would meet our needs, & was fairly priced. As we closed on the transaction the entire process went amenably & smoothly.
