People are great, service not so much. I have had my vehicle at Holms multiple times now, mainly because I purchased the vehicle from there. Every time I take my truck in I have to take it back because of an oversight by the shop. From a broken alignment pin in the rear end resulting in the rear axle being over an inch out of alignment. This was after repeatedly texting pictures and asking them to make sure it was fixed with affirmative messages back saying it would get done but never did. I also asked for a few other issues with the vehicle to be checked out with no results with the same 'sure thing' response to each question. I have also had multiple faulty alignments with the resulting centering position of the steering wheel off center by more than 10 degrees each time and the front end pulling in either direction.
