Worst service center, always something wrong

We bought a vehicle from this dealership that was “certified pre-owned.” My husband said, “the rest end is making a lot of noise.” The service guy was very nice and assured us everything checked out. We took it in to get an oil change, tire fixed, and to check out the loud noise that was still there. The dealership assured us again that there was nothing wrong with the rear-end, which my husband said sounded like the wheel bearing was going out. Fast forward almost A YEAR later, I take my car in for issues it is having and they said they “found a loud noise, and the wheel bearing is about to go out.” I turn the issue into the manager, and of course it’s “that couldn’t have been the loud noise”, “the noise was the tire.” (Which you can’t hear a small bubble on the tire.) and it’s not their fault that they let me drive my son around in an unsafe care for one year. I gave them another chance, because my husband stopped taking his truck there. But I will never go back.

Worst experience ever

First time ever have we had our car in for service and they try to resale it. One of the attendants tries to steal personal stuff out of the car. Most of the service staff was rude and unwilling to help. We have bought over 10 vehicles from them over the years and this will be the last.

Great purchase experience while deployed

I bought an 06 GTO while deployed for the Army half the world away. Barry Martin did a great job communicating by email and gave me a great price which included shipping it to my home. Very easy and enjoyable experience. Barry knows cars, is a gear head, and no pressure. I highly recommend.

Excellent selection. Great customer service.

Its nice being able to negotiate with people who don't read scripts. Didn't just lie to get me to the lot like the dealerships dad warned you about.

Great Experience

Very satisfied with my experience at this dealership. Everyone was very helpful and worked to get me the lowest financing rate for the car I chose. The facilities were very nice with a play area for the kids and very comfortable for the adults. Very glad I came to this dealership.
