GLADLY EATING CROW!!
I purchased my car from here six months ago and had Laird Nollar tell me the car needed a whole new transmission. I called Briggs and Mickey the sales manager (who, by the way, was amazing) had it taken to Smith Brothers for external verification. Turns out what Laird Nollar lied. The car only had a misfire. I know this because it turns our the technician at Laird Nollar who diagnosed my car also works at Smith Brothers. The mechanic that did the inspection (Rick, who is such an honorable and stand up gentleman) was the owner of the company and could have made thousands off of me by being dishonest but refused to do so. Briggs fixed the misfire for free and I am out nothing as apposed to thousands. Thanks Briggs and THANK YOU Mickey.

BUYER BEWARE!!
I had a horrible purchase and repair experience. But now the car I bought SIX months ago, I am having to replace the oil pump and the ENTIRE TRANSMISSION. Buyer beware of the false claims and lemons.

Oil Change, tire rotation
Briggs always takes care of my regular service as quickly as possible. And when the weather is above freezing they have included a nice car wash. I have not had to have any repairs on my 2019 Crosstrek!

Great Dealership
Jerry the service manager was great to deal with. I had a remote start installed on my Impreza sport. Great price about the same as an aftermarket. Carrie who checked me out. Went over everything with me even let me know about the free car washes. VERY NICE!!!.

Casual quote to replace evaporator coil on 2007 Nissan
Casual quote to replace evaporator coil on 2007 Nissan versa. 650 dollars labor and another 450 dollars in parts. Booked the repair. Took 3 weeks to get in. Day before the repair, service calls and wants to do a diagnostic. 200 dollars. I told them I already had diagnostics from to other repair shops who didn't do work involving removing the dash. Asked to please just replace the coil. Same rep calls 15 minutes later with an estimate of 1600 dollars just for the labor. Will never do business with them again. Will go to Automotion. Cheaper and don't cheat you. No wonder they have such a bad reputation!!

New Impreza
From the beginning to the delivery of my new Subaru Impreza my experience with Briggs Subaru was exceptional. I visited their website looking for a new vehicle, went in to the dealership and found that one had been sold (no surprise) went over options and equipment and they had one inbound that would meet my wants and needs. Worked out the deal with little effort and waited for my delivery date (about 3 weeks). Comunicatio was excellent during this process and i am completely satisfied with the experience. Love my new Impreza and thank you to the Briggs staff for assisting me in getting the perfect vehicle.
